This Morning Routine Will Improve Your Mind

Mind is the main wealth.

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” This is the WHO s definition of health. If the mind is clear, we will be able to tackle any situation of our life in a better and efficient way. But mental health is now a days easily taken into a toss because of continuous notifications and our attention gets fragmented easily. This leads to lesser focus, creating more anxiety.

Don’t worry about this. Studies shows having a proper routine aligning with nature’s routine , that is, the day-night cycle will allow our body to be in harmony. If you set your routine with a proper allocation of sleep, exercise, healthy eating , it will promote your mental health and well-being.

Proper allocation of time for your own health, work and family, will help you keep on track. Drawing a line for the office work and not getting carried away by the work even after reaching home is very important to have a balanced and fulfilling life.

Getting up early, planning for the day, meditation for minimum 10 minutes and slow mindful breathing even for few minutes can make you feel calm and composed as well as to work efficiently.
